A Massive Well Done to All Bevan People!

Bevan are celebrating receiving some great patient feedback following the publication of the national GP Patient Feedback Survey. The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK.

The results show how people feel about their GP practice and Bevan patients gave some fantastic feedback for all aspects of the care we give at both Bevan House in Bradford and York Street in Leeds.

Over 200 patients feedback about their Bevan GP Experience and the results of their feedback can be viewed online. Click on Leeds Results or Bradford Results to view details for each of Bevan’s GP Practices.

92% of Bradford patients say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at treating them with care and concern during their last general practice appointment,

Managing Director, Emma Perry said,

“We are really pleased with these results and while we are always looking to continually improve our services, it’s also important to take a moment to recognise the great work the teams at Bevan do. We serve patients with complex needs and I know personally that every one of the team from receptionist through to GPs go above and beyond for our patients so it is great to see that reflected in the patient feedback. We have a fantastic team of caring professionals and I am proud of every one of them.”

100% of Leeds patients said they thought the receptionist they dealt with at their last contact was helpful!
