Registration

We are an inclusion health organisation and provide NHS General Practice (GP) services for those who experience social barriers to accessing healthcare. This includes people experiencing homelessness, people in temporary accommodation, sex workers, or people who have come to the UK as refugees or seeking asylum and to others who can find it hard to access healthcare including gypsy, Romany and traveller groups. It is important we prioritise our services for those most in need so you must identify as one of these groups to register at either the Leeds or Bradford GP Practice.
